One of the ways we try to develop spiritual life and theological discussion among the team at LCET is reading the same book together each term. Last term we took Donald Miller's excellent 'Blue Like Jazz' and this term we're onto 'The Godbearing Life', one of the most refreshing books on youth ministry I've come acorss in a long time. Itr's been published awhile, so you may have come acorss it before, but if not it's really worth a look. Dean challenges the programme-centric approach to youth ministry and makes some profound points about ministry in detail. Check it out here
